Retro? Future? WTF? What about the present? You dumbass. We are the present. We invited 3 bands, representing the 70s, 80s and 90s. Plus 3 DJs to handpick the best tracks of each decade. But what is this event actually about?
It’s about now. Support local music. Buy a ticket. Support the labels. Buy records. Fresh cassette decks also available: equip yourself. Get ready for:
Genjing Records, Fruity Shop (待定), Ran Music, Indie Records, Outdustry, C-Rock, Chipped CD vendors, musicians, promoters. Buy music. Buy music. Buy music.
Why these 3 decades?
We don’t have to explain ourselves to you.
Why should you come to this party?
Because we’re the shit. You’re gonna get a snapshot of Beijing rock set against a backdrop of the last half-century of rock heritage. Peppercorns, Hotline, Elenore. Post show we can all get weird and dream about the future.
